G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fi yaln\u0131zca bilgi aktarma de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bireylerin bili\u015fsel, duyu\u015fsal ve sosyal geli\u015fimlerine rehberlik etme i\u015flevini de \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir. Bu noktada \u00f6\u011fretmen e\u011fitimi, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na yan\u0131t verecek bi\u00e7imde yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeli ve yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TESAM E\u011fitim K\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong>, lisans d\u00fczeyindeki \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131na hem akademik geli\u015fim imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunmak hem de mesleki formasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcncel ihtiya\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda desteklemek amac\u0131yla kurulmu\u015ftur. K\u00fcrs\u00fc, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l becerileriyle donat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131; dijital okuryazarl\u0131k, yapay zek\u00e2 tabanl\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131, \u00f6\u011fretim tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011fretim gibi alanlarda yetkinle\u015fmesini hedeflemektedir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra e\u011fitim k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fc, teori ile prati\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftiren bir anlay\u0131\u015fla, gelece\u011fin s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na ve \u00f6\u011fretim ortamlar\u0131na dair yarat\u0131c\u0131 tasar\u0131mlar geli\u015ftirilmesini te\u015fvik etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hedef<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00d6\u011freten de\u011fil, rehberlik eden; \u00f6\u011frenciyi merkeze alan topluma lider karakterli \u00f6\u011fretmenler yeti\u015ftirmek.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00d6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n dijital \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gereklilikleri do\u011frultusunda 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l yetkinliklerini kazanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fcrekli mesleki geli\u015fim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131na akademik ve uygulamal\u0131 geli\u015fim i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir altyap\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fine y\u00f6nelik motivasyonu y\u00fcksek, \u00f6\u011frenme ve geli\u015fim psikolojisine h\u00e2kim, sorgulayan ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen bireylerin yeti\u015fmesine katk\u0131 sunmak.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, yarat\u0131c\u0131 problem \u00e7\u00f6zme ve e\u011fitimde inovasyon gibi alanlarda yetkinli\u011fini art\u0131rmak.<\/li>\n<li>Ders planlar\u0131n\u0131 zenginle\u015ftirecek yenilik\u00e7i y\u00f6ntem ve ara\u00e7lara h\u00e2kim, yapay zek\u00e2 destekli \u00f6\u011fretim teknolojilerini kullanabilen \u00f6\u011fretmenler yeti\u015ftirmek.<\/li>\n<li>Gelece\u011fin s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na ve ders ortamlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6\u011fretim tasar\u0131mlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirebilecek bireyler yeti\u015ftirmek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Faaliyetler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TESAM Akademi Okulu:<\/strong> Akademi Okulu, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik teorik odakl\u0131, yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir e\u011fitim program\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretim tasar\u0131m\u0131, dijital okuryazarl\u0131k, yapay zek\u00e2 ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l becerileri gibi temalarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen oturumlarla, adaylar\u0131n mesleki fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 ve g\u00fcncel e\u011fitim yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131yla tan\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim Staj Programlar\u0131:<\/strong> <strong>E\u011fitim Staj Programlar\u0131<\/strong>, Akademi Okulu\u2019ndan farkl\u0131 olarak daha uzun soluklu, uygulama temelli bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir. Bu programlar, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n temel teorik yeterlilikleri kazanmalar\u0131n\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan, \u00f6\u011frendiklerini ger\u00e7ek s\u0131n\u0131f ortamlar\u0131nda uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, \u00e7e\u015fitli at\u00f6lye ve g\u00f6zlem s\u00fcre\u00e7leriyle desteklenen bu programda, \u00f6\u011fretim tasar\u0131m\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirme, s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i etkile\u015fim gibi alanlarda deneyim kazan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayan \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131, TESAM\u2019\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zel e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirilmekte ve bu kurumlarda stajlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek mesleki geli\u015fimlerini uygulamal\u0131 olarak peki\u015ftirmektedir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle E\u011fitim Staj Programlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n akademik bilgi birikimini sahadaki pedagojik deneyimle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7layan bir modeldir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seminer ve At\u00f6lye \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131:<\/strong> \u00d6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi pedagojik ve teknolojik becerilerle donat\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak \u00e7e\u015fitli seminer ve at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmektedir. Alan\u0131nda uzman akademisyenler ve e\u011fitimciler, TESAM merkezinde ya da i\u015f birli\u011fi yap\u0131lan \u00fcniversitelerde a\u011f\u0131rlanmakta; talep edilen temalar do\u011frultusunda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k, interaktif oturumlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6\u011frenci \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftaylar\u0131:<\/strong> Akademi programlar\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilmi\u015f, se\u00e7kin \u00f6\u011frenci kadrosuyla d\u00f6nem boyu yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir e\u011fitim s\u00fcreci ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmekte, \u00f6\u011frencileri alana ve akademik metodolojiye dair derinle\u015ftirme hamleleri yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Panel ve S\u00f6yle\u015filer:<\/strong> E\u011fitimde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011finin gelece\u011fi, e\u011fitimde yapay zek\u00e2 ve etik gibi g\u00fcncel ba\u015fl\u0131klar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde d\u00fczenlenen s\u00f6yle\u015filer, \u00f6\u011frenci ve akademisyenleri bir araya getirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim Raporlar\u0131:<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncel durumunu analiz eden ve gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik \u00f6neriler sunan kapsaml\u0131 raporlar yay\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede; <strong><em>T\u00fcrkiye E\u011fitim Raporu<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> ve Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenim Raporu<\/em><\/strong> gibi alanlara \u00f6zg\u00fc yay\u0131nlar haz\u0131rlanmakta, bu raporlarla e\u011fitim sisteminin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve sorunlu y\u00f6nleri bilimsel verilerle ortaya konmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Haz\u0131rlanan raporlar, yaln\u0131zca mevcut durum tespitine de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda e\u011fitimde kalite, dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, \u00f6\u011fretmen e\u011fitimi ve istihdam politikalar\u0131 gibi alanlarda somut \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri sunmaya y\u00f6neliktir.
