S\u00f6z konusu bu b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve anlaml\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in de dijital ekonomi ile ilgili meselelerin \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan stratejilendirilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra h\u00fck\u00fcmetler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6nlendirilmesi ve ayn\u0131 zamanda da sivil toplum ve akademi taraf\u0131ndan da analiz edilmesi gerekmektedir. Fakat dijital ekonominin kavramlar\u0131, tan\u0131mlar\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri ile ilgili var olan eksiklikler s\u00f6z konusu bu eylemleri en ba\u015f\u0131ndan eksik ve yetersiz k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
