{"id":734,"date":"2014-05-30T17:15:47","date_gmt":"2014-05-30T14:15:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tesam.org.tr\/?p=734"},"modified":"2015-03-31T10:16:45","modified_gmt":"2015-03-31T07:16:45","slug":"musluman-kardesler-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tesam.org.tr\/en\/musluman-kardesler-2\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00dcSL\u00dcMAN KARDE\u015eLER &#8211; 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Deniz<\/p>\n<p>20. y\u00fczy\u0131la genel olarak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, sanayi devrimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek ekonomisini b\u00fcy\u00fcten ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n geri kalan\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcren Bat\u0131 \u00fclkeleri ile hen\u00fcz sanayile\u015fememi\u015f, geri kalm\u0131\u015f ve Bat\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen Do\u011fu \u00fclkeleri (ki bunlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu \u0130slam \u00fclkeleridir) aras\u0131ndaki m\u00fccadeleyi g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 ile birlikte, daha \u00f6nce y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kol kanat gerdi\u011fi Orta Do\u011fu co\u011frafyas\u0131nda sanayile\u015fmi\u015f Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkeler h\u00e2kimiyet kurmu\u015flard\u0131. \u0130\u015fte buna kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k m\u00fccadeleleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda\/neticesinde, temelinde \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n radikal bir yorumu olan Selefi ak\u0131m olan \u201cSiyasal \u0130slam\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz toplumsal hareket ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c19. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki sanayile\u015fme hareketinin artmas\u0131 ile 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n petrol kaynaklar\u0131na ula\u015fma m\u00fccadelesi, Bat\u0131n\u0131n \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00fclkelerine ve \u00f6zellikle petrol \u00fclkelerine s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve buralarda uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ac\u0131mas\u0131z uygulamalar\u0131 Orta Do\u011fu Arap halklar\u0131nda fundamentalizme ve dinde radikalle\u015fmeye zemin haz\u0131rlad\u0131. Bu zemin ve bu zeminden kaynaklanan ihtiyaca binaen Selefi ak\u0131ma olan ilgi artt\u0131.\u201d[1] \u0130\u015fte b\u00f6ylesi bir d\u00f6nemde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Karde\u015fler (MK) \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc, 14. y\u00fczy\u0131lda ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan \u0130bn-i Teymiye\u2019nin etkisiyle radikalle\u015fen Selefi anlay\u0131\u015f[2] ile hareket etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Selefi ekol\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli isimlerinden birisi olan \u0130bn-i Teymiye\u2019ye g\u00f6re \u2013ki bir yandan Ha\u00e7l\u0131 Seferleri, bir yandan da Mo\u011fol istilalar\u0131 ile peri\u015fan olmu\u015f bir co\u011frafyada ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r- \u0130sl\u00e2m dini iki direk \u00fczerinde durur. Bunlar \u201cnamaz ve cihat\u201dt\u0131r. \u0130bn-i Teymiye hemen her konuyu mutlaka namaza ve cihada ba\u011flar. Ayr\u0131ca kabir ziyaretlerine, kutsal emanetlere, resim, m\u00fczik vb. sanatlara kar\u015f\u0131 sert ve radikal bir tav\u0131r alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.[3]\n<p>Evet, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc durumlar, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furur! Selefili\u011fin do\u011fu\u015fu da, MK\u2019in kurulu\u015fu da, \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n tarumar oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlere denk gelmi\u015ftir. Bu da zaten radikalle\u015fmeye meyilli bu ak\u0131mlar\u0131 iyice sertle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kurulu\u015fundan itibaren d\u00fcnyan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik \u00fclkelerine yay\u0131lan MK, kimi zaman iyice sertle\u015ferek i\u015fi silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadeleye kadar g\u00f6t\u00fcrse de, genel olarak siyaset yolunu tercih etmi\u015ftir. Ancak \u015funu g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmemek gerekir ki, k\u00f6ken itibariyle hayata bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 radikal olan bir ak\u0131md\u0131r MK. Hatta bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 85 y\u0131ld\u0131r neredeyse hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Yaln\u0131zca zamanla siyasetin nas\u0131l yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015fler ve iktidara gelinceye kadar belli konularda seslerini \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131p, iktidara geldikten sonra ger\u00e7ek renklerini g\u00f6stermi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda Benna, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019\u0131 y\u00f6neten insanlara mektuplar yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu mektuplarda \u201cKanunlar\u0131n \u0130slam\u2019a uygun yap\u0131lmas\u0131, alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7ki satan yerlerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, ibadetini aksatanlar\u0131n cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, baz\u0131 asker\u00ee ve idar\u00ee memuriyetlere el-Ezher mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n atanmas\u0131 (el-Ezher Selef ekol\u00fcn\u00fcn kalesidir!), karma okullar\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, k\u0131z ve erkek \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, faizin yasaklanmas\u0131 gibi taleplerini s\u0131ralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Aradan ge\u00e7en y\u0131llarda siyasette ustala\u015fan MK \u00fcyeleri, bu talepleri yumu\u015fatarak insanlar\u0131n tepkilerinden kurtulmu\u015flar ve iktidara geldikten sonra bu hedeflerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019daki darbeye giden yolu a\u00e7an unsurlardan birisi de i\u015fte bu sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z taleplerin uygulamaya ge\u00e7irilme \u00e7abas\u0131d\u0131r.
